FIRST EVER POINTS FOR FORCE INDIA

Kimi wins, Fisichella in P2 at the Belgium GP

Kimi Raikkonen won the Belgian grand prix, Giancarlo Fisichella's second place is worth "squillions" to Force India, but the big winner at Spa-Francorchamps was Sebastian Vettel.

The German driver finished third, while his fellow championship rivals struggled.

Jenson Button crashed on the first lap, but his Brawn teammate Rubens Barrichello closed the title battle to within 16 points, with Vettel leapfrogging his Red Bull teammate Mark Webber to take third place in the drivers' standings.

The big headline however is the astonishing Belgian form of Force India's Fisichella, who started from pole but was overtaken down the long Kemmel straight by the KERS-assisted Raikkonen's Ferrari.

But the Roman, whose eight points are worth "squillions" to his Silverstone-based team according to business director Ian Phillips, hung onto his Finnish rival throughout the 44 laps, and the gap at the end was less than a single second.

"I'm a little bit sad because I was quicker than Kimi but he overtook me just because of the KERS. Actually, we could have won the race," Fisichella told reporters afterwards.

During the race, the Italian broadcaster Rai reported that a deal has been struck to see Fisichella, 36, switch to replace the hapless Luca Badoer at the next race at Monza.

"Oh, that's just a rumour as I said yesterday," Italian Fisichella said on Sunday afternoon. "Tomorrow I will be concentrating on Monza with Force India overalls and that's all I can say," he added.

Webber, just out of the points in ninth, had to serve a drive-through penalty when his lollipop-man unsafely released him from a pitstop into the path of Nick Heidfeld.

Barrichello was lucky to finish the race seventh with a heavily smoking Mercedes V8.

Button's first lap crash with Romain Grosjean, who the Brawn driver said "out-braked himself", is being investigated by the stewards, as is the similarly race-ending contact between Lewis Hamilton and Jaime Alguersuari

Kaka's career has been marked by success since his Sao Paulo debut at the age of 19. The newest member of the Madridista family now begins a new chapter in his career with new goals to be accomplished.

Experts say that footballers peak at the age of 26 or 27. Kaka is exactly 27 years and two months old at the time of his arrival at Real Madrid. The Brazilian midfielder hasn't wasted any time since becoming a professional and has won almost every title possible, so with a new chapter about to begin, Kaka's goal is to maintain the same rhythm of success that he has always enjoyed.

Kaka began playing professinal football in 2001. His first major accomplishment didn't have to wait long; that same season he helped guide Sao Paulo to the Torneio Rio-Sao Paulo and one year later to the Super Campeonato Paulista. By the end of 2003 Kaka was on the move to AC Milan, where his collection of trophies continued to increase.

The young Brazilian adapted quickly to his new team and in his first year he won the European Super Cup. The following season Milan won the Italian league and Super Cup, and Kaka was named the Seria A Footballer of the Year.

Kaka's most productive year came in 2007. Milan won the Champions League and Kaka finished as the competiton's top scorer and best forward. He also played a key role in the team's Club World Cup title, of which he won the Golden Ball. Later that season his picked up the FIFPro World Player of the Year award, followed by the Ballon d'Or and FIFA World Player of the Year
.ACCORDING TO ME HE IS A GENIUS.

The Arsenal defender William Gallas is 'relaxed' about staying at the club for another season and then leaving for nothing on a Bosman next summer.

Arsène Wenger faces a dilemma over the future of his former captain at Arsenal, William Gallas, after the France international indicated that he is willing to see out the final year of his contract at the Emirates and leave for no fee under the Bosman ruling next summer.

Gallas said that he is "relaxed" in anticipation of the season ahead with Arsenal, but he has yet to be offered new terms at the club and it is understood he is minded not to prolong his stay in north London beyond the end of the forthcoming campaign. The 31-year-old lost the captaincy to Cesc Fábregas at the Emirates last November after publicly criticising his team-mates, and that demotion is still a cause for frustration with the centre-half.

The former Chelsea defender's current deal runs until June 2010 and while he has retained the support of Wenger, the manager may decide to seek a fee for the player now rather than risk losing him for nothing in a year. Gallas had provoked interest from Paris St-Germain, Marseille and Lyon during the midwinter window and while French clubs would still be keen to get him home, he intends to spend at least one more season at a club he believes are capable of challenging for European honours, whether that be Arsenal or not.

ANOTHER IMPORTANT PLAYER TO BE NOTED IS FRANCESC FABREGAS .His improvement has been exceptional with his honourable two goals coming against Everton. His extraordinary apearance has led him to this extent of success that now he's been the only captain(midfielder) to score more than 50 goals for Arsenal.

His presence is so emphatic that the pace of game is created when he plays!!!
